Can we drink alcoholic beverages or smoke cigarettes on the vehicles?
You’re allowed to drink alcohol as long as everyone meets the required legal drinking age. As for smoking, we do not allow for it in any of our vehicles in order to keep it as cleanly as possible. However, we do allow for unlimited stops!
Are your vehicles safe?
Of course. All of our vehicles are insured to the maximum extent, as well as regularly maintained and inspected for your safety.
Should I book a party bus or limousine for my next event?
It all depends! If you’re looking for more space to party on board, a party bus would be the best option for you. If your event calls for an elegant exterior, a limousine may be the best choice for you.
Can children come on the vehicles with us?
Yes they can. We are great for children's birthday parties and other events. If there is going to be a child or someone who's under 21 years of age, there cannot be any alcohol on the vehicle.
Are there any hidden fees with your company?
No hidden fees with us. We are up front with all our costs with you. You'll know exactly how much you have to pay and why. We won't demand more money before starting your service like other companies do. The only other fees you may come across are if you go over your time, a damage fee for breaking something or a cleaning charge for leaving the vehicle very messy.
Can we cancel?
Unfortunately, no, you cannot cancel. You will have to pay for the service whether you end up using it or not. You also cannot change the date of your reservation. Depending on availability, you might be able to change the time of your reservation or your vehicle.
Do we have to tip the driver?
You are not required to tip the driver but it's suggested. They make a fair wage and therefore don't need a tip to survive. A tip is a nice way to show the driver that you liked the service they provided you. If you don't tip, it can show them that their service was bad and that they need to improve something.
What if we stay past our reserved time?
That's okay! If you are having fun and would like to stay longer that's fine with us. Just give us a call and let us know. You won't have to pay a crazy high rate for staying over. You will be paying your normal hourly rate but divided up into 15 minutes. You never have to pay for time you don't use.
